Extension part for Tubus rear racks

This extension part fits to the lower attachment point of the Cargo Classic, Logo Classic or Vega rear racks. It moves the rack further back and up, giving greater heel clearance, and in certain cases helps in getting past a disc brake that is in the way of the rack eyelet.
