Shoulder Strap

Carry two Arkel panniers with one shoulder strap by clipping them together through the D-rings. Can also be fitted to Utility Basket or Tailrider. The shoulder strap is made from black nylon webbing and has a comfortable shoulder pad. The length is adjustable and the hooks swivel to prevent the strap twisting.
