Support strap for Ortlieb Seat-Pack

Strap with hook and buckle for supporting the Seat-Pack. Prevents lowering of pack with uneven weight distribution or a full pack used on rough road conditions. Excessive strap is secured with Velcro. Can be used on Seat-Pack L or M.
