For fitting a Tubus or Racktime rear rack to a bike that doesn’t have rack mounts (threaded holes, eyelets, in the frame for attaching the feet of the rear rack) and has a thru-axle). The axle is supplied with various washers to accommodate a variety of bike frames.
Combine with Tubus Seatstay Clamp Set or Seatpost rack mount for attaching the top arms of the rear rack to the bike.
